We read everything that comes in. We’re a small team so we’re not the fastest at replying, but we get there.
What kind of messages we love getting
- 📝 Suggestions for apps we should review, especially ones we might have missed. We can’t promise to cover everything but we read every suggestion and they shape our shortlists.
- 🤔 “You got X wrong” notes, seriously, we want to know. If we said something factually incorrect, or we got a price wrong, or we missed a feature that changed your experience, please tell us. We publish corrections.
- 💌 “This site helped me figure out which one to try”, these honestly make our week.
- 🛠️ “Have you considered testing X dimension”, we love methodology suggestions. Some of our scoring evolved because readers pointed out something we were missing.
What we don’t reply to
- PR pitches. Even friendly ones. We don’t run sponsored content and we can’t write back to every outreach.
- Requests to “discuss our methodology privately” before publication.
- Affiliate program invitations from platforms we haven’t reviewed yet. We add affiliate links after a review is finalised, not before.
- Requests to remove a review we’ve already published. We do correct factual errors with documentation. We don’t pull reviews because a platform doesn’t like them.
